Benalmádena is one of the Coast's most popular holiday locations because of the number of attractions and entertainment options it offers. The bar scene is no exception and in town there are two main areas; the first is 24-Hour Square which is named for the constant activity which occurs there. At night this part of town is packed with locals and holidaymakers who fill not only the bars, but the main street as well. The more relaxed part of the town is Benalmádena port. Bars in this town generally don't serve food and the majority don't open until the early evening. Benalmádena is relatively cheap in comparison to the rest of the Coast and free shots are usually given away with every first drink. Some local bars worth a visit are Silvers a funky bar/club, The Dutch Inn, Jules, and the Dead Rock Cafe.
